- Tenant will be responsible for the move-in and move-out

- Maintenance of all appliances is the responsibility of
the tenant. All the cost of repairs and/or replacement will
be at the tenant's expense. Any appliances which require a
replacement must be of an equivalent quality of those which
have been rented by the lessor.
